About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for the AI-powered customer research platform. This includes defining the product's value proposition, creating compelling marketing materials, and executing campaigns to drive adoption and user acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user acquisition
  • Create and manage marketing collateral such as presentations, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on marketing objectives
  • Manage marketing campaigns and track performance metrics to optimize ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in a product marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
