You will play a key role in growing our presence in the North American HVACR market, helping customers unlock energy efficiency and performance through clear, compelling product value. What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate product features into customer value, creating clear value propositions and solution narratives for key HVACR applications
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, white papers, and training that drive adoption and growth
- Partner with Product Management and Vertical teams on product launches and provide market feedback to shape future strategy
- Create “energy audit and solution selling” initiatives, including calculations and real-world testing with partners across selected markets
- Lead competitive insights and sales tools, such as comparison materials and “fighting guides,” to strengthen market positioning
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in HVACR with strong product marketing expertise and a track record of driving growth
- Solid understanding of HVACR applications and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating across teams and regions
- A proactive, organized, and curious mindset, with willingness to travel (approximately 40–50 days per year)

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000- $160,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
