About the role

This role is part of a transformation in product marketing at Sift, focusing on building knowledge systems and workflows rather than creating content manually. The ideal candidate will work across all four product lines to support the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies of the broader Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Build the source-of-truth substrate by auditing, organizing, and unifying Sift's knowledge about its products, competitors, ICP segments, sales motion, win/loss patterns, and customer language.

  • Ship internal agents that improve efficiency and consistency in GTM workflows such as competitive Q&A for AEs, first-pass launch briefs, draft messaging for new campaigns, and RFP support.

  • Measure adoption and quality of agents and iterate based on feedback.

  • Equip the PMM team to operate at higher leverage by helping to evolve the product marketing organization towards more strategic activities like sales enablement, message refinement, and competitive landscape research.

  • Set evaluation standards for agents at Sift, defining metrics for accuracy, voice fidelity, helpfulness, and hallucination rate.

  • Make sure what we ship gets better over time, not just bigger, by evaluating, recommending, and integrating new AI tools as the landscape evolves.

  • Be the team's AI tooling lead, ensuring the organization is early to adopt and skeptical of emerging AI tools.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years in product marketing, content strategy, sales enablement, marketing ops, growth, or an adjacent role where you produced GTM artifacts and felt firsthand where the work was repetitive.

  • Experience shipping at least one internal AI assistant, whether Glean, Claude, custom GPT, or similar that other people actually used.

  • Comfortable with prompt engineering, retrieval design, and evaluation frameworks.

  • Experience evaluating and selecting AI tools for a team, including the unfun parts like vendor procurement, auditing outputs, and getting people to actually use the thing.

  • Fraud, trust & safety, or risk industry background strongly preferred.

  • Time on the buy side, the sell side, or at a Sift competitor or adjacent player is a real plus.

  • Write well and hold a brand voice.

  • Comfortable being early to trends and skeptical of what doesn’t matter.

Qualifications

  • Light coding fluency: ability to read and modify Python or JavaScript, familiarity with APIs, and experience wiring things together via MCP, Zapier, n8n, or similar.

  • Specific experience with Anthropic's Claude: Projects, Skills, Agents, or the API.

  • A written or spoken public record of your AI work.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and practices.

  • Experience with AI and machine learning tools and platforms.

  • Ability to evaluate and select AI tools for a team.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
