What You’ll Do
- Own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling our GTM team.
- Drive GTM campaigns and product launches, coordinating across product, design, growth, and sales to drive awareness and self-service adoption.
- Craft messaging and positioning for Reducto products that resonates with both technical personas (AI/ML engineers, software developers, data engineers, etc.) and enterprise buyer personas (executive buyers, product managers, line of business owners, etc.).
- Partner with product and growth to optimize the self-serve funnel, from activation through expansion, using product data to identify friction and opportunity.
- Create ICP and persona intelligence, mapping buyer journeys for both self-service users and enterprise customers.
- Create compelling and effective technical marketing content including web, blog, video, and social media to fuel marketing campaigns and demand generation efforts.
- Work closely with GTM ops team to measure our impact to the sales & marketing funnel (web traffic, leads, sales opportunities, etc.) and implement improvements to accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
- Support sales enablement initiative that equip our teams to win: pitch decks, customer stories, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.
