Product Marketing Manager
About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager for CoreWeave software products like W&B Models and W&B Weave, you will help define and scale the narratives, product launches, and go-to-market strategy for the platform that AI researchers and developers rely on to build, evaluate, and improve AI models and agents. You will sit at the intersection of AI research, model and agent development, and production AI operations, translating deeply technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with AI researchers, engineers, platform teams, and technical decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging for products across experiment tracking, model evaluation, agent observability improvement and, and MLOps workflows.
- Create narratives, demos, and product storytelling that clearly communicate CoreWeave's differentiation and value to AI researchers, engineers, platform teams, and technical decision-makers.
- Support product launches with persona-driven messaging grounded in customer insights, market research, and product adoption data.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Content Marketing to develop campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that scale across the customer journey.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to uncover customer stories, use cases, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and reference materials that demonstrate the business and technical impact of our products.
- Amplify customer successes through blogs, webinars, events, and other thought leadership channels.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform messaging, positioning, and product strategy.
- Help establish repeatable processes for capturing customer insights and sharing them across the organization.
- Equip Sales, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success teams with messaging frameworks, battlecards, competitive intelligence, presentations, and technical enablement content.
- Develop product-focused content that clearly articulates the value of our platform for building, evaluating, and operating AI systems.
- Support product launches and adoption initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Sales teams.
- Collaborate with strategic technology and ecosystem partners to strengthen CoreWeave's market presence and developer adoption.
- Build and run AI workflows with the tools, creating compelling demos, and leveraging firsthand product experience to shape messaging, enablement, and customer engagements.
- Measure the effectiveness of product positioning, messaging, and launch activities through adoption, engagement, and pipeline metrics.
- Analyze product adoption and customer retention trends to identify opportunities for improved messaging and growth.
- Monitor competitive dynamics and help improve performance in strategic opportunities.
- Report on product marketing's contribution to awareness, adoption, customer expansion, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Product Management, Developer Marketing, or a related go-to-market role, ideally within AI/ML, developer tools, SaaS, data platforms, or enterprise software.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations teams, and Solutions Architects.
Ability to understand complex AI, machine learning, or developer workflows and translate technical capabilities into clear customer value, compelling narratives, and differentiated positioning.
Experience creating product launches, sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, demos, case studies, webinars, and other go-to-market assets.
Familiarity with customer research, persona development, customer journeys, use-case identification, and customer advocacy programs.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and contribute to successful product launches, adoption initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Natural curiosity about how AI models and agents are built, evaluated, and deployed, and instinctively asking, "What problem does this solve for customers?" before developing messaging or launching a campaign.
Preferred
- Academic or business background in AI and machine learning.
- Hands-on experience with Python, data science, machine learning workflows, or developer tools.
