About the role
The Product Marketing Lead, Growth will drive growth initiatives across Tinder's product portfolio, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role will work closely with product teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth-focused marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement
- Collaborate with product teams to understand new features and their potential impact on user behavior
- Measure campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for cross-promotion between products
- Work with the design team to ensure messaging is consistent across all marketing channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field
- Experience in digital marketing and analytics
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 annually
