Role And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans, including pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and demand generation teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory alignment.
- Lead new product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts for smooth execution and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends, competitive initiatives, and consumer preferences to inform product strategy and positioning.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, margin, market share) to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 12-14 years of experience in product marketing or brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills And Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing or business (preferred).
- Experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems (preferred).
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills (preferred).
