Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workflow automation features, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends in workflow automation.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance, customer impact, and technical feasibility, managing the product backlog effectively.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly automation experiences.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
- Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to iterate on existing features and identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert on workflow automation, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and strategic decisions to all relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership.
