About the Opportunity
The Product Manager - Wellbeing is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog for assigned initiatives within the wellbeing sector. This role serves as the Product Owner in agile teams, collaborating across multiple functions to deliver user-focused, integrated product experiences that improve practice efficiency and outcomes. The position is critical in translating customer needs and business goals into impactful product features that enhance healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for assigned initiatives.
- Act as Product Owner for scrum teams, guiding execution and defining clear requirements.
- Build strong relationships to represent the voice of the customer.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to extend platform capabilities.
- Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences that improve practice efficiency and financial performance.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in SaaS environments.
- Proven record of delivering customer-facing software products.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries is a plus.
