Product Manager - UX/UI

What You’ll Do

• Define and manage product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals
• Identify new opportunities to drive growth and innovation
• Champion user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to understand customer pain points and behaviors
• Advocate for inclusive design practices and accessibility standards
• Create and manage a product roadmap based on the overall product vision and strategy
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful launch and market adoption of new products and features
• Continuously monitor the product’s performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
• Use data-driven insights to make decisions and prioritize product improvements and features
• Lead product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities and improvements
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
• Anticipate industry shifts and emerging technologies to develop a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a leader in the market
• Make strategic decisions about resource allocation and product feature prioritization to maximize business impact

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience with UX/UI design, including using design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Balsamiq
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
• Strong experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand how customers interact with our software
• Experience writing business requirements and technical requirements
• Prowess in influencing, facilitating, and collaborating with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and cross-functional
