What You’ll Do
- Define and manage product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic goals
- Identify new opportunities to drive growth and innovation
- Champion user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to understand customer pain points and behaviors
- Advocate for inclusive design practices and accessibility standards
- Create and manage a product roadmap based on the overall product vision and strategy
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful launch and market adoption of new products and features
- Continuously monitor the product’s performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
- Use data-driven insights to make decisions and prioritize product improvements and features
- Lead product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities and improvements
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
- Anticipate industry shifts and emerging technologies to develop a long-term product strategy that positions the company as a leader in the market
- Make strategic decisions about resource allocation and product feature prioritization to maximize business impact
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience with UX/UI design, including using design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Balsamiq
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
- Strong experience in conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to understand how customers interact with our software
- Experience writing business requirements and technical requirements
- Prowess in influencing, facilitating, and collaborating with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people
- Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and cross-functional
