Product Manager - Utilization Management

About the Role

The Product Manager IV, Health Systems is a senior technical resource responsible for configuring, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, develop roadmaps from ideation to launch, and evaluate new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support product adoption and improvements.
• Conduct discovery activities, validate solutions with end users, and track KPIs to assess outcomes.
• Facilitate product lifecycle processes, coordinate dependencies, lead feature demos, and ensure compliance and risk management.
• Support internal and external discovery, prototype validation, and funnel learnings into product enhancements.
• Prioritize work backlog, collaborate on user research, and develop reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five years of experience in product management, project management, or related areas; equivalent experience may suffice.
• Minimum two years working with agile teams and familiarity with Scrum practices.
• At least one year in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
