Product Manager - Technology Services

About the role

The Product Manager IV is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps, and enhancements for digital platform capabilities that support seamless engagement across web and mobile channels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develops product vision, roadmaps, and manages reusable digital components and modernization initiatives.
• Customer Experience: Enables personalization, experimentation, content management, and engagement features to improve user experiences.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Uses analytics, customer insights, and KPIs to prioritize investments and measure success.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partners with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, analytics, and engineering to align on product goals.
• Agile Delivery: Manages backlog, requirements, and release planning, ensuring timely and efficient product releases.
• Platform Enablement & Governance: Supports enterprise digital capabilities, standards, and operational excellence.
• Discovery & Validation: Conducts research, prototypes, and user validation to inform product enhancements and new features.
• Leadership & Influence: Facilitates collaboration, manages dependencies, and ensures successful product adoption and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5+ years in product management or similar roles; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
• At least 2 years working with agile teams and scrum practices.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership position, with or without direct reports.
