About the role
Want to help build financial systems that power one of the world's largest companies? Our team, Worldwide Amazon Stores Finance Automation & Standardization, is looking for a Product Manager to help transform financial reporting across Amazon's largest business.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior PMs to execute product strategy aligned with our financial systems vision
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements from diverse finance teams to inform the product roadmap
- Support process improvement initiatives through product enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical requirements and design decisions to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Track and report on key product metrics to demonstrate customer impact and business value
Requirements
- Experience in product management or financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background in finance applications, EPM systems, or related technical domains
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Experience with feature prioritization and product roadmap tradeoffs
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
Skills
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $129,200.00 - $174,800.00 USD annually.
