Product Manager, Technical: AI Chatbots
About the Role
This role is essential for managing T-Mobile's enterprise AI assistant for employees as a technical product that meets specific business objectives and employee needs. The assistant takes each request and connects it to the right capability, whether that's a specialized agent, tool, or workflow. It requires balancing employee insights, technical feasibility, cost per interaction, and business goals to prioritize and deliver features effectively, while keeping the product ready for fast-moving advances in AI. Success is measured by product performance, answer and routing accuracy, cost per interaction, and employee satisfaction. The work gives employees one place to get AI help and enables cross-functional teams to deliver capabilities that reach them through it, now and as the technology evolves.
