About the role

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We are hiring a Product Manager to take a hands-on leadership role in building and launching a product central to Trinity’s Strategic Planning & Forecasting practice. Over time, this PM will expand into a broader remit, supporting the Product Lead across our full suite of Strategic Planning & Forecasting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively and iteratively with Advisory experts, Engineering, Data Science, and UI/UX to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features that add value to users.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements in close collaboration with Advisory experts.
  • Iterate on requirements in response to feedback from Engineering, Automation, and Data Science teams.
  • Identify and help assess potential data sources and metrics.
  • Leverage New Product Planning (NPP) and healthcare secondary data experience to process unstructured data, both via manual processing and development of GenAI-assisted automation workflows.
  • Write data processing requirements for Automation teams and QC automation outputs.
  • Interface with Engineering, Automation, and Data Science teams on a daily basis.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) of solution functionality and data science outputs. Provide feedback to drive towards greater value for NPP use cases.
  • Support Business Development via creation of go-to-market materials and proposals.
  • Support roadmap and release planning to align the sequencing of product feature builds with business needs.
  • Help identify value-adding integrations of GenAI tools in solutions.
  • Support the training and education of internal and client users.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting OR Management Consulting, with a focus on either Life Sciences New Product Planning and/or healthcare secondary data (claims) analytics
  • Prior Product Management experience is neither expected nor required, but the candidate will be assessed to determine capacity for key product management competencies
  • Other Qualifications: Strong interest in learning Product and growing into a high-performing Product Manager, with evidence of self-driven skill building; Track record of excellence, demonstrated through professional accomplishments; Driven to work in client-facing teams; Willing to get hands-on, roll up their sleeves, and do what is needed to move the product forward; Ability to both see the big picture and maintain the highest level of rigor and attention-to-detail in all work; Any technical skills, including (especially!) those learned independently, are a plus; Displays a history of independently adopting technology to facilitate workflows; Qualitative understanding of statistical methods and limitations is a plus; Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams and changes in direction; Collaborates and communicates effectively across a range of stakeholder types and levels; Ability to understand technical concepts and build credibility with technical teams through consistent, clear, and detail-oriented communication

Benefits

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $115,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
