Product Manager, Self Managed Service

About the role

As a Product Manager for Camunda 8 self-managed service, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for how customers install, configure, and operate Camunda 8 in their own environments. This is a key role in the organization, having a direct impact on our customers' experience and the company’s strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define market-driven vision, strategy, and product requirements focused on improving the Camunda product portfolio.
• Manage community, customer, partner, and internal feedback with an emphasis on successfully driving innovation to improve our customers' experience with Camunda’s self-managed service.
• Fully evaluate and prioritize incoming feature requests.
• Keep the self-managed team equipped to work on the appropriate epics.
• Continuous assessment of Camunda demand, market differentiation and the competitive landscape as well as close collaboration with our Pre-Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Field teams.

• Experience working with platform products available both as SaaS and on-premises.
• Experience working with IT platforms in banking, financial services, and insurance sector.
