Job Description
we are seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to steward internal technology platforms from inception through optimization. reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will align technology roadmaps with business priorities, drive adoption, and ensure each initiative delivers measurable impact. the role emphasizes governance, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to translate needs into actionable product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of core internal platforms, from rollout to continuous improvement.
- Become the subject matter expert across multiple internal technology products and domains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
- Translate business needs into prioritised product backlogs and delivery plans.
- Design and implement adoption strategies, including training and communication plans.
- Support the on-time delivery of technology initiatives across functions.
- Capture user feedback and drive iterative enhancements based on business needs.
- Prioritise features that yield measurable operational and commercial value.
- Document use cases, user stories, and process maps as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Delivery, or related roles.
- Experience with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, or similar SaaS) and a track record of delivering value.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Proven business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience driving user adoption and organizational change initiatives.
- Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Able to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Highly organised with problem-solving skills.
