Product Manager - Raleigh

About the role

As a Product Manager at Versana, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive innovation and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product features, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Work with designers to ensure user-centered design principles are integrated into products
• Manage product releases and gather feedback from users
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
• Experience leading product development from concept through launch
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
• Knowledge of product management tools and platforms
