Product Manager Project Intern (GMPT Sales and Operations Management Platform) - 2026 Start (BS/ MS)

Responsibilities

Team Introduction: Our team is responsible for designing and optimizing the Client Incentive Platform, ensuring systematic policy formulation, execution, and performance tracking. We cover enterprise customers across the entire platform, handling short-term and long-term incentives in various business scenarios, while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all issued rebates and rewards.

Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher - Strong interest of B2B or B2C customer incentive systems, including promotions, rebates, points, and loyalty programs - Familiarity with TikTok as a platform and a user, with curiosity about how businesses show up on TikTok - Analytical thinker with some proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) - Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills - Interest in financial settlement logic, with the ability to understand rebate and reward processing workflows.
• Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to TikTok Ads Manager or other ad platforms - Those who can work a minimum of 5 days a week and intern for 6 months or longer are preferred
