Description
Build bespoke experiences: You’ll build high-impact, personalized "red carpet" moments that excite users to engage with the EA app. From day-one onboarding to long-term mastery, your work will be the heartbeat of our engagement, retention, and monetization experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Drive cross-functional and studio alignment with CRM, Marketing and Game Teams to deliver cohesive event and communication plans tied to key in-game and regional moments.
Experiment: Design and execute A/B tests on engagement features, reward structures, and notification strategies to optimize player lifetime value (LTV).
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally within gaming.
Domain Expertise: translating user behavior + desired business results into ideal user experiences/journeys.
Analytical Rigor: Metric definitions, analytical tooling and interpretation of complex behavioral data and trends.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical or data insights into actionable strategies for both creative and technical teams.
