About the role

Own defined product capabilities within the Funds-In platform, with a primary focus on bank payments including ACH, real-time payments, and open banking.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product strategy into clear roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans aligned to platform and architecture goals
  • Lead discovery, requirements definition, solutioning, and rollout for new bank payment capabilities and optimizations in partnership with engineering and external providers
  • Coordinate integrations with banks, PSPs, processors, and payment networks, leading end-to-end delivery from inception through launch
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as conversion rate, transaction success rate, settlement timing, and cost per transaction
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Finance to ensure payment capabilities meet regulatory and operational requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and customer experience across bank payment flows
  • Conduct market, competitive, and technology analysis to inform product enhancements and long-term strategy
  • Develop business cases for new capabilities and optimizations, including cost, impact, and prioritization inputs
  • Deliver solutions using an agile development lifecycle and coordinate launches with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs and OKRs used in leadership and executive-level reporting

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with ownership of a product or product line across development, testing, and launch
  • Strong knowledge of bank-based payment rails (ACH, real-time payments, open banking) and ecosystem integrations (banks, PSPs, processors)
  • Ability to translate strategy into roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans while driving end-to-end product delivery
  • Proven ability to analyze performance, including revenue, profitability, and key product KPIs
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and defining product direction and features
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in payments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with experience building business cases
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management, including executive-level reporting
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset and ability to operate as an individual contributor
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Schedule

Hybrid – minimum of three days a week in the office to support in-person collaboration, problem solving, and ideation.

Pay

Annual base salary range: $125,000 to $150,000 USD. Total on-target compensation includes base salary and short-term and long-term incentives aligned with individual and company performance.
