About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager, Next Generation Devices to lead the development and execution of product strategy for both physical hardware and software operations. This role is crucial for shaping the future of our network and connecting our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Line of Business leaders to define product strategy, identify new products and services, and implement high-value ideas.
  • Create business cases, market demand descriptions, product definitions, and feature sets for executive presentations and roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate marketing requirements into technical implementations, providing expert-driven recommendations and informed trade-offs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product plans, including competitive analysis, pricing strategies, partner engagement models, and market share goals.
  • Lead cross-functional execution by creating project plans and guiding products through development, beta trials, and commercialization.
  • Oversee the creation of technical, user, and marketing documentation for internal and external use, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support sales teams through technical presentations, sales training materials, white papers, lab demonstrations, and other customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years’ total experience, with 2-5 years in Product Management, Technology, or Sales/Sales Engineering
  • 1+ years in an engineering development role, specifically with hardware, firmware, or radio frequency
  • Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities
  • An analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the cellular communications industry, wireless, or satellite products and services
  • Hands-on experience with hardware or embedded products, such as RF systems, chipsets, modules, or integrated devices
  • Experience with requirements development, interactions with operations organizations, customer support, and training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Proficiency in any foreign language

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $120,000 - $155,000 USD

Schedule

This position requires working in the office 3 days a week and traveling up to 25%. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
