C-4 Analytics · Wakefield, MA · 1 wk ago
Hybrid$130k–$160k/yrFull-time

About the Role

C-4 Analytics is evolving into an AI-forward company by transforming its core systems and building new capabilities that redefine how we deliver value. This role focuses on exploring, prototyping, and building new product capabilities using AI and modern tooling to unlock new ways of working across marketing, data, and operations. This is a builder’s role where you’ll move quickly from idea to prototype to validation, helping determine what’s worth scaling into real products. You won’t just define ideas—you’ll bring them to life and prove their value.

Top candidates may be considered for either Product Manager role based on strengths and experience. Ideas proven in new product development are scaled and operationalized across our core systems, connecting both roles as part of a unified product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new product opportunities across marketing, data, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Build prototypes and working demos to validate ideas quickly
  • Run experiments to determine what’s worth scaling—and what to stop
  • Translate emerging capabilities (AI, automation, data) into practical product opportunities
  • Partner with engineering to evolve validated ideas into production-ready solutions
  • Stay close to internal users and clients to identify high-leverage opportunities

What Success Looks Like

  • New ideas are validated quickly (weeks, not months)
  • Prototypes lead to real product investments
  • AI is used to unlock new capabilities—not just optimize existing ones
  • Clear pipeline of new product opportunities tied to business value

Requirements

Builder Mindset

  • You don’t wait for perfect specs—you build to learn
  • Comfortable creating prototypes, demos, or lightweight solutions

Product Thinking

  • Strong instincts for what’s worth pursuing vs. killing early

AI Fluency (Practical)

  • Experience working with modern AI tools (LLMs, APIs, automation)
  • Understand how to apply AI to real problems—not just experiments

Speed + Judgment

  • You move quickly, but with intention
  • You know when to explore vs. commit

Nice to Have

  • Experience building 0→1 products or features
  • Background in marketing, content systems, or data-driven platforms

Pay

The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.
