What You’ll Do

  • Oversight of technical product solutions for clients and customers.
  • Regular interaction with end users to determine necessary product requirements and price levels.
  • Development and implementation of go-to-market marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Creation and execution of product line roadmaps to achieve fiscal performance.
  • Collaboration with customers, sales, applications, and design engineers to meet customer expectations.
  • Assessment and recommendation of changes in product design aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensuring adequate technology is available and utilized to meet both internal and client needs.
  • Resolution of reported issues in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Completion of necessary documents accurately and thoroughly.
  • Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need To Excel In This Role

  • Comprehensive knowledge of overhead powerline concepts and principles.
  • Experience in the electrical utility industry preferred.
  • Experience with IEEE C37.30 and GO.95 design and construction standards preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to lead and direct the work of other employees with authority for personnel decisions.
  • Ability to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
  • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures that may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
  • Software experience (desired but not required): CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), ASANA Project Management, ETQ Quality Management, Salesforce CRM, JD Edwards MRP, MBA highly preferred with commercial experience.
  • 50% domestic travel.
