About the Opportunity:The PRODUCT MANAGER - M365, SECURITY & GOVERNANCE is responsible for defining and delivering Microsoft 365 management capabilities, including security, governance, and multi-tenant operations. This role drives product discovery, design, development, and delivery for these features, ensuring they meet the needs of MSPs and enterprise administrators. The position plays a crucial role in prioritizing features, collaborating with engineering teams, and engaging with customers and stakeholders to support and grow the organization's product offerings. Responsibilities:Contribute to the roadmap and backlog for Microsoft 365 management capabilities.Identify and prioritize MSP and enterprise admin needs for securing and governing Microsoft 365 tenants.Ensure consistent functionality across products for single-tenant and multi-tenant use cases.Develop user stories and specifications for engineering teams.Collaborate with engineering and QA to build, test, and release features.Coordinate documentation of new features with technical writers.Work with support teams to triage and prioritize customer-reported issues.Prioritize feature development across products and timelines.Support internal teams with new capability rollouts.Assist marketing with product marketing activities.Conduct customer discovery calls throughout the development process.Stay updated on compliance frameworks relevant to Microsoft 365.Develop expertise in Microsoft 365 management and related Microsoft toolsets.Monitor Microsoft's product roadmaps and identify opportunities or risks.Collaborate with multiple product teams and external partners. Requirements:Experience building software for MSPs and understanding multi-tenant environment management.Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Copilot, Secure Score, conditional access, and security/compliance settings.Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and delegated administration models preferred.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 management market and competitors.Bachelor's degree or higher.Minimum five years of experience in the Microsoft 365, MSP software space or as an M365 administrator at an MSP.Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.At least three years of software and/or SaaS product management experience. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base salary range $120,000 to $140,000 plus additional bonus and stock options.
