Responsibilities

Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
Dive into product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
Build a talented team of product leaders with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds
Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Understand Facebook's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as the best in the industry
Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas and build teams necessary to execute

Requirements

12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
12+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders
Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a consumer-focused technology company
  • Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

Compensation

$249,000/year to $323,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
