  • Advance our Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy.
  • Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done, and lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, that enhance productivity and user experience.
  • Translate Digital Workplace strategy into actionable product plans and execution for the team, combining strong product management discipline, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and impact.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in product management, including experience leading initiatives and developing others.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, and can influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • You have experience managing or mentoring individuals and driving team outcomes.
  • You are intellectually curious about AI and motivated to apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve how work is done.
  • You are organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing complex initiatives end to end.
  • You build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders and functions.
  • You use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
  • You have deep experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, especially Copilot.

Pay & Benefits

  • Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837.
  • In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
