• Advance our Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done
• Lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, that enhance productivity and user experience
• Translate Digital Workplace strategy into actionable product plans and execution for the team
• Combine strong product management discipline, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and impact

I am the person Capital Group is looking for Product Manager Lead.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in product management, including experience leading initiatives and developing others
• Clear and effective communication, influencing both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience managing or mentoring individuals and driving team outcomes
• Intellectually curious about AI and motivated to apply tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve how work is done
• Organized, results-oriented, comfortable managing complex initiatives end to end
• Builds strong relationships across a range of stakeholders and functions
• Uses data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, especially Copilot

Compensation and Benefits

• Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837
• Individual annual performance bonus
• Capital’s annual profitability bonus
• Retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings
