Product Manager Intern (Scaled Growth) - 2027 Summer

About the Role

The team builds the TikTok AI Ad Agent by leveraging AI capabilities to help advertisers run ads with greater ease, confidence, and effectiveness — reducing cognitive, decision, and execution costs across the advertising journey, and eventually driving better platform outcomes. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Help product strategy and development for TikTok AI Ad Agent, building capabilities across ad creation & optimization, issue diagnosis, and marketing decision guidance
• Assist in design AI-powered product experiences that integrate data, models, and advertising workflows
• Understand advertiser pain points across the advertising journey and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineering, ML, data science, and operations teams to launch and iterate AI Agent capabilities
• Define evaluation frameworks and success metrics to continuously improve advertiser value and business impact

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline
• Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in statistics, computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred, with technical experience or project work preferred
• Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35-$55.
