The Difference You Will Make

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to drive the incubation of new business ideas, ensuring they are tested and launched successfully. This role involves overseeing multiple incubation tracks, designing and piloting minimum viable experiences, and collaborating with various teams to integrate new offerings into the guest experience.

Your Expertise

• 10+ years of consumer product management experience
• Experience taking 0→1 product ideas through incubation, piloting, and scaling
• Strong business acumen: ability to assess business viability and translate hypotheses into testable MVP scopes
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and structuring new problem spaces into actionable roadmaps
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities and tight timelines
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across business, partnerships, engineering, design, and data science
• Experience developing product narratives and working with marketing and communications
• Comfortable with hands-on individual contributor product work and mastering the details in a scrappy environment
• Curiosity and point of view on incorporating AI tools into the product workflow

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace or travel/hospitality products
• Background in new business development, venture, or startup-style teams
• Familiarity with platform-based product development (configurable components, merchandising systems, API partner integrations)
• Experience building products powered by partnerships or external API integrations

Your Location

This role requires a San Francisco, CA based candidate due to the nature of the work. Candidates must not reside in the following states: Alaska, Indiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Delaware, or Rhode Island. Employees can currently be located in: New York, United States.

How We'll Take Care of You

The base pay range for this role is $232,000—$282,000 USD. The actual base pay is determined by factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
