Product Manager III - Semiconductor Packaging

Principal Accountabilities

• Directs, guides, and monitors performance of development projects and programs.
• Engages with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, and Quality to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
• Proactively manages the post-delivery lifecycle of each product, providing spare parts, service, and training until end of life.
• Set equipment specifications, performance requirements, target costs, and target selling price for new products, features, and enhancements.
• Conducts Return on Investment (ROI) analysis within Business Cases.
• Partners with Business Development to understand the market/competition and broadcast information about products' discriminators and value propositions.
• Supports Business Development to respond to custom Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
• Participates in the Sales & Operating Plan (S&OP) process (demand) and inputs data into ERP system relevant to new products and relevant updates.
• Works with Customer Order Center to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer orders, especially where special prices, terms, or specifications are requested.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a relevant market.
• Master’s Degree in business management and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in the Semiconductor Advanced Packaging industry.
• Technical expertise in high-speed, high-accuracy automation equipment preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical project teams.
• The ability to communicate clearly and deliver professional and influential presentations.

Physical Demands

• May have to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Needs to be mobile enough to navigate through work areas.
• Ability to travel globally up to 25%.
