Principal Accountabilities
- Directs, guides, and monitors performance of development projects and programs.
- Engages with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, and Quality to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
- Proactively manages the post-delivery lifecycle of each product, providing spare parts, service, and training until end of life.
- Set equipment specifications, performance requirements, target costs, and target selling price for new products, features, and enhancements.
- Conducts Return on Investment (ROI) analysis within Business Cases.
- Partners with Business Development to understand the market/competition and broadcast information about products' discriminators and value propositions.
- Supports Business Development to respond to custom Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
- Participates in the Sales & Operating Plan (S&OP) process (demand) and inputs data into ERP system relevant to new products and relevant updates.
- Works with Customer Order Center to ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer orders, especially where special prices, terms, or specifications are requested.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study, with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a relevant market.
- Master’s Degree in business management and/or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in the Semiconductor Advanced Packaging industry.
- Technical expertise in high-speed, high-accuracy automation equipment preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical project teams.
- The ability to communicate clearly and deliver professional and influential presentations.
Physical Demands
- May have to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Needs to be mobile enough to navigate through work areas.
- Ability to travel globally up to 25%.
