About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the owner of our internal CRM tool for the Play Partnerships Business Development organization. Work with the stakeholders to size and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes and user experience. Develop comprehensive product feature plans via understanding of the business, key user workflows, and in collaboration with business development stakeholders.
  • Own delivery of new and evolved features on the product roadmap, including setting timelines, incorporating product design, driving user research and testing and incorporating findings back into the tool, and partnering cross-functionally to achieve support.
  • Partner with the business to ensure successful launches, identify the right success metrics for tools and track performance against those metrics.
  • Own the relationship with the business, working closely with stakeholders to align and prioritize roadmap and feature requests based on business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting) (preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders (preferred).
  • Experience with developing AI-powered products and solutions (preferred).

Skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with product management methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of data analytics and user research techniques.

Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
