Responsibilities

• Work with design, engineering, and user research teams to define and refine the Beam core meeting experience.
• Create experiments to test various design system treatments and interactions.
• Re-imagine video meetings in 3D, thinking through new features and capabilities to enhance the meeting experience.
• Explore techniques to support connection and collaboration between Beam meeting participants.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role; 3 years of experience working on system UI and developing holistic design frameworks; 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience with 3D graphics and XR; Experience driving a program from research and development to a realized product; Experience with system or platform design.
