Product Manager II
Job Overview
Manages all aspects of the Connectors & Fittings (C&F) global product line in the AMS region, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing and sales. Runs the portfolio as a “mini” GM. Responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership, and capacity plans to meet sales and gross margin targets. Defines build, borrow, buy strategy for product line gaps.

- 3+ years of product management or sales experience
- MBA preferred
- Relevant product or industry experience in utility connectors and fittings desired
Experience
- 4-year technical or business degree required
- Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant P&L management experience preferred

Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $82-92K (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
