Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for caregiver program growth, including caregiver acquisition, enrollment, onboarding, and the transition into ongoing engagement.
- Translate company growth goals and go-to-market strategy into clear, prioritized product initiatives that improve caregiver activation, conversion, and time-to-value.
- Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking to support scalable growth across channels, partners, and markets.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to personalize caregiver enrollment experiences, improve conversion, and reduce friction at scale.
- Design and deliver end-to-end caregiver experiences, from first touchpoint through successful onboarding, that are grounded in empathy, usability, and real-world caregiver needs.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to support outreach campaigns, enrollment workflows, and growth initiatives.
- Continuously improve enrollment and onboarding flows to reduce friction, increase conversion rates, and ensure caregivers feel supported from day one.
- Own the handoff from enrollment into engagement.
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration while maintaining high standards for clarity, quality, and usability.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery by engineering teams.
- Work closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and ship features that support enrollment goals.
- Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock teams, clarify decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate deeply with sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure enrollment products align with real-world workflows and caregiver needs.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to define growth and enrollment metrics, review insights, and incorporate learnings into product decisions.
- Communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: BS/BA degree or higher.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, ideally owning user-facing digital products or experiences.
- Experience: Building or managing products across enrollment funnels, onboarding experiences, or engagement workflows.
- Experience: Working with AI-enabled products, personalization systems, or data-driven user experiences is a strong plus.
- Experience: Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience: Translating user needs and business goals into shipped product features and user experiences.
- Comfort: Working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where scrappiness and ownership are required.
- Experience: In healthcare or caregiving is a strong plus.
