About the role

Oula is seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the VP, Central Operations, this role will focus on owning and evolving our core technology stack, including our EHR, patient portal, and care management platform.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or a PM-adjacent role, preferably at a growth-stage digital health or services company. They should have strong problem-solving instincts, ease with ambiguity, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

  • Earn trust with clinical teams by understanding their needs and ensuring our systems meet those needs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our core tech stack, including EHR, patient portal, and care management platform.
  • Lead EHR integration efforts, becoming the internal and external subject matter expert on our EMR and the primary lead for health system EHR integrations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external health system stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful integrations.
  • Build and maintain SOP libraries and launch toolkits to ensure consistency and preparedness across markets.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking feature adoption, issue resolution, and rollout health.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure a consistent standard of care across markets.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills and genuine curiosity.
  • Experience with product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent roles.
  • Comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving aggressive timelines.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, combining technical expertise with clear communication to non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience.
  • An analytical mindset to build and maintain dashboards and identify patterns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical background in EHRs, patient portals, and care management platforms.
  • Experience with FHIR/HL7 data exchange and health system IT coordination.
  • Experience with Epic and Athena configurations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

$110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and location.
