Purpose: Leads business unit responsible for enterprise data and analytics strategy, governance, enablement, best practice education, and (Data & Analytics) portfolio implementation. Develops and implements long range data and analytic strategy in alignment with corporate strategy, goals, and tactics enabling data driven decision making and insight generation.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Leadership: Closely collaborate with partners and stakeholders to mature our data driven road map and associated data-driven investments and governance processes or policies.
- Educate and support stakeholders in data literacy and drive efforts to collect, manage, and use both internal and external data to drive efficiencies and better decision-making.
- Creates strategic direction for Enterprise Data and Analytics Team.
- Monitor the industry trends and tool advancements in the market.
- Actively takes steps to recruit and retain a more diverse team and along with promoting inclusion.
