Measurement & Attribution Expertise
- Knowledge of digital marketing technologies
- Familiarity with attribution methods
- Understanding of conversion tracking and funnel analysis
- Experience with experimentation and incrementality (A/B testing, lift measurement)
- Understanding of customer acquisition journeys across channels
- Experience applying AI/ML in marketing or measurement contexts
- Familiarity with predictive modeling, segmentation, or optimization
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business use cases
- Comfort working with data science teams and interpreting model outputs
Tools & Technical Skills
- Experience with Adobe Solutions: Analytics / Experience Cloud / Workfront / Attribution
- Data handling experience (SQL, large datasets, data pipelines awareness)
- Exposure to cloud/data platforms
- Understanding of tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, SDKs)

- Ability to frame ambiguous problems into structured solutions
- Connect measurement strategies to business outcomes (growth, acquisition efficiency)
- Prioritize effectively when multiple stakeholders have competing needs

- Strong cross-functional collaboration (marketing, product, data science, tech)

Domain Understanding
- Nice-to-have but valuable experience in financial services / banking / regulated industries
