We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Verrus Data centers..." etc. But we need to follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. The posting includes: - About Verrus (company description) - About Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (investor) - Role description (overview) - Profile (Advanced degree etc) - Responsibilities (list) - Minimum Qualifications - Preferred Qualifications - Compensation (salary range, bonus, equity, benefits, PTO) - How To Apply (application instructions) -> should be removed (application instructions) - Equal opportunity boilerplate -> remove We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have "About Verrus" and "About Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners" which could be combined into "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description. The company description could be part of "About the role"? Might be better to have a section "About the role" that includes the role overview and maybe company context. But we must not repeat job title as heading. We have "Profile" which is basically qualifications (education, experience). Could map to "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The posting has Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into "Qualifications" section with subpoints? But we need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a

    Qualifications

    then
with items for minimum and preferred? Might be okay. We have Responsibilities list. We have Compensation: includes salary range, discretionary bonus, equity, general health benefits and paid time off. That's specific content for Pay and Benefits. According to rules, we should create Pay and Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does state salary range and mentions bonus, equity, health benefits, PTO. So we can have Pay section with salary range, and Benefits section with bonus, equity, health benefits, PTO. Schedule: The posting says "full-time position, preferably based out of Verrus' Mountain View, CA office." That's schedule info (full-time). So we can include Schedule section with "Full-time". Also location maybe but schedule is about full-time. We should not include "Skills" unless there is specific skills list. There is mention of proficiency in customer-facing technical conversations etc. Could be considered skills but we might not need a separate Skills section if we already have Qualifications covering that. The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. We need to remove application instructions and EEO boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, role description, responsibilities, qualifications (min/pref), compensation, schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact wording? We can paraphrase but must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Means we should not omit details. We can keep sentences as is, maybe slightly reformat but not lose info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Full‑time position, preferably based out of Verrus' Mountain View, CA office.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title. Not included. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "We are an equal opportunity employer." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information: The company description paragraphs about Verrus and Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners, the role overview paragraph, responsibilities list, qualifications details, compensation details, schedule. We need to check if any content is duplicated: The role overview appears both in "Role" section and maybe repeated elsewhere? The posting includes "Role Verrus is looking for candidates to serve as a Product Manager, Data Center Engineering, reporting to the Head of Product. This is a full-time position, preferably based out of Verrus' Mountain View, CA office. In this role, you will take ownership..." That's the role overview. We'll include that in About the role. We also have "Profile Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE), with up to 10 years of experience building hardware/software systems." That's similar to qualifications but we can incorporate into Qualifications. We need to ensure we don't lose any detail: Let's extract all substantive paragraphs. Original text: About Verrus Data centers should be valuable assets to their customers, the grid, and the local community such that we are able to give customers what they want, where they want it, while cities and utilities are actively seeking us to build in their region. Verrus will build and operate next generation data centers that flexibly leverage its onsite infrastructure through the development of proprietary technology. About Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners Verrus is backed by Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP). With investment from Alphabet, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, and Stepstone Group, SIP is a leading infrastructure holding company propelling one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects of this era: modernizing the electric power grid while building the compute superstructure that drives the global economy. SIP invests in and develops breakthrough businesses and projects at the intersection of scalable, affordable, and resilient energy and digital systems. Following years of research and in collaboration with the Verrus management team, SIP formed Verrus to design, build, and operate the world's most innovative data centers, leveraging unique technology to develop a scaled project portfolio that delivers significant financial, environmental, community, and innovation outcomes. Role Verrus is looking for candidates to serve as a Product Manager, Data Center Engineering, reporting to the Head of Product. This is a full-time position, preferably based out of Verrus' Mountain View, CA office. In this role, you will take ownership of product management for the electrical and mechanical plant infrastructure that underpins Verrus' data centers — from requirements gathering and adaptation for customer-specific use cases, through to installation and operations with our external suppliers and contracting base. You will be the connective tissue that ties together hardware, controls/PFMS, software infrastructure, and optimal dispatch. Your ability to lead deep, customer-facing technical conversations and translate those requirements for engineering product development, then work with engineering, delivery, the contracting base, and suppliers/partners to realize our product roadmap, will be key to success. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment while building the most consequential data center foundations for modern-day technology. Profile Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE), with up to 10 years of experience building hardware/software systems. Proficient in customer-facing, deep technical conversations; translating requirements for engineering product development; and then working with engineering, delivery, the contracting base, and suppliers/partners to realize our product roadmap across data center engineering. Responsibilities Electrical & Mechanical Plant Infrastructure Ownership: Take ownership of product management of key electrical and mechanical plant infrastructure, including requirements gathering and adaptation for customer-specific use cases. Supplier & Contracting Base Management: Work with external suppliers and the contracting base for installation and operations of plant infrastructure. Note that this role is distinct from site delivery program managers, who typically focus on lead times and coordination with installation crews — this role owns the product itself. Systems Integration: Be the connective tissue that ties together hardware, controls/PFMS, software infrastructure, and optimal dispatch, ensuring these systems function together as a coherent product. Customer-Facing Technical Engagement: Lead customer-facing, deep technical conversations to understand and scope customer-specific requirements for electrical and mechanical plant infrastructure. Requirements Translation & Engineering Partnership: Translate customer and field requirements into clear inputs for engineering product development, then partner with engineering to realize those requirements in the product. Cross-Functional Roadmap Execution: Partner with engineering, delivery, the contracting base, and external suppliers/partners to realize Verrus' product roadmap across data center engineering, from design through commissioning. Minimum Qualifications Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Up to 10 years of experience building hardware and/or software systems, in engineering, product management, or technical program management roles. Demonstrated ability to lead customer-facing, deep technical conversations and translate customer and field requirements into inputs for engineering product development. Experience working with external suppliers, contractors, or the broader contracting base on the installation and operations of technical infrastructure. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, delivery, contracting, and supplier/partner stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with electrical and mechanical plant infrastructure specific to mission-critical or data center environments (e.g., switchgear, generators, UPS systems, cooling plant). Familiarity with controls systems and plant/facility management software (PFMS), and an understanding of dispatch optimization strategies. Experience working at or with hyperscalers, large-scale data center providers, or energy infrastructure companies. A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where ambiguity is common and innovation is required. Passion for sustainability and energy systems that support Verrus' mission of flexible, grid-interactive data centers. Compensation The annual base salary range for this position in California is 200,000-$235,000. Compensation is determined by multiple factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary is only one part of Verrus' comprehensive compensation package, which also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, general health benefits and paid time off.
