Product Manager - Customer Identity & Access Management

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Customer Identity & Access Management to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of identity-related product capabilities that support secure access and seamless user experiences. You will partner closely with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical product enhancements. The position will help advance customer self-service, improve platform functionality, and guide initiatives from discovery through rollout in a complex industrial technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $210,000 annually Responsibilities Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with technical leadership Translate customer and business requirements into product capabilities Identify and improve customer identity experiences and self-service options Support roadmap development and project planning Lead platform enhancements from discovery to rollout Manage project plans, milestones, and resource requirements Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with project goals Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 8+ years in project management or product leadership preferred Experience with complex technology projects involving multiple teams Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of CIAM, IAM, or digital identity technologies Experience with platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID PMP, CSPO, or SAFe certifications are a plus Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off for personal and vacation days Parental and caregiver leave Flexible work schedule to accommodate personal life Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
