Key Responsibilities
- Own the Product Line strategy for the TeraPHYTM optical chiplet family.
- Author comprehensive PRDs that set the direction for engineering and manufacturing execution.
- Develop high quality white papers, datasheets, application notes and other collateral aimed at customers and partners.
- Track the evolution of AI clusters, networking switch fabrics, and disaggregated memory to drive out I/O chiplet roadmap with target customers.
- Lead the Optical Engine products through the internal PLC (Product Life Cycle) gate process.
- Collaborate widely with Engineering, Quality, Operations and other functions to ensure high-volume manufacturing readiness.
- Act as the primary interface for Tier 1 Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), xPU architects and networking OEMs regarding laser reliability and deployment.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in the semiconductor industry
- Familiarity with Silicon Photonics, advanced packaging, UCIe, and high-speed SerDes/Signaling
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Strong project management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Chiplets, I/O Die and/or Networking silicon
- Silicon photonics
