Product Manager, Core Products ($140K-$200K + Equity) at Infilla
About the role
Infilla is a venture-backed startup building the modern permitting platform to solve the 4-7 million home U.S. housing shortage. Backed by Basis Set Ventures, Base10 Partners, and Bloomberg Beta, Infilla helps major jurisdictions like New York City and San Francisco review projects faster, more consistently, and more transparently. As the third Product Manager at Infilla, you will own the core Forum and Calculator products, transforming them into daily-use tools for government staff. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll solve the housing bottleneck by improving search quality and building no-code configuration tools that allow new jurisdictions to go live without engineering support. Location: San Francisco, USA.
Responsibilities
- Instrument success metrics and optimize search quality for the Forum product to ensure staff use it as their primary daily tool.
- Develop no-code configuration features that enable rapid deployment to new jurisdictions without requiring engineering intervention or custom code.
- Lead end-to-end discovery and execution for AI-driven features, bridging the gap between complex government requirements and intuitive product design.
Requirements
Proven experience as an IC PM owning a complex B2B web product through the "last mile" of adoption, training, and migration.
Qualifications
Background as an early PM at a Seed or Series A startup with specific expertise in search, content retrieval, or AI-driven features.
Skills
Exceptional systems thinking and written communication skills, with the technical depth to partner as an equal with engineering and design teams.
Benefits
Equity compensation.
Pay
Salary range: $140K–$200K.
