About the role
Join our team as Product Manager, Content & Partnerships and lead the strategy, creation, and prioritization of educational content and care partnerships that empower family caregivers of people living with dementia. This role is central to how Cerestidelivers a personalized, highly engaging and effective program. You will own the product vision for Ceresti’s caregiver content and partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for caregiver-facing content and care partnerships.
- Translate company goals around caregiver outcomes, engagement, and clinical quality into clear, prioritized product initiatives.
- Set the content strategy: what we build, how it is sequenced, and how it ladders up to caregiver outcomes and business goals.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and personalization to deliver the right content to the right caregiver at the right moment.
- Balance near-term execution with long-term thinking to support a continuously improving content and partner offering.
- Own the content roadmap: decide what content gets created, refreshed, or retired based on caregiver needs, engagement data, and clinical priorities.
- Oversee content production end-to-end, partnering with clinical, coaching, and content production teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Define the standards for what “highly engaging” looks like across formats, and continuously raise the bar.
- Ensure content renders correctly and feels native across iOS, Android, smartphones, and tablets, working closely with engineering as needed.
- Build personalized care plans that translate each family’s situation into an actionable plan supported by the right content and resources at the right time.
- Package content into customizable programs that flex to different caregiver journeys, diagnoses, stages, and preferences.
- Use AI and data-driven personalization to tailor the content experience while maintaining empathy and trust.
- Continuously measure and improve how personalization drives engagement, knowledge gain, and caregiver confidence.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-potential partnerships that meaningfully extend Ceresti’s offering and improve the caregiver experience.
- Own partner relationships from sourcing through integration, ensuring partnerships ladder back to a coherent caregiver experience.
- Partner with legal, clinical, operations, and engineering teams to scope integrations and launch new partnerships.
- Continuously evaluate the partner portfolio and prune or expand based on caregiver value and strategic fit.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient delivery by engineering and content teams.
- Work closely with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship features that bring the content and partner roadmap to life.
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, requirements generation, and iteration while maintaining high standards for clarity, quality, and usability.
- Be hands-on and scrappy. Unblock teams, clarify decisions, and drive momentum when things get ambiguous.
- Collaborate deeply with clinical, coaching, operations, engineering, and design teams to ensure content and partner experiences align with real-world caregiver needs.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to define content, engagement, and personalization metrics, review insights, and incorporate learnings into product decisions.
- Communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define, track, and own key content engagement, personalization, and partner-impact metrics.
- Use qualitative caregiver feedback, data analysis, and experimentation to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
