Product Manager, Code

The Product Manager, Code is responsible for driving product strategy and execution for AI-powered developer experiences, owning initiatives that connect design workflows with production code. This role requires strong technical judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Communities & Partnerships

• Work closely with engineering, research, and customer-facing teams to define strategy, deliver impactful solutions, and improve product quality.
• Help create the foundations that enable the next generation of AI-assisted product development.

Accountabilities

• Drive product strategy and execution for AI-powered developer experiences, owning initiatives that connect design workflows with production code.
• Define how designs translate into production-ready code and how code updates can flow back into design environments through intelligent workflows.
• Improve developer platform capabilities by enhancing performance, reliability, and usability of infrastructure supporting AI-powered development experiences.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and research teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful product improvements.
• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise customer workflows and translate user needs into scalable product solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with broader product goals.
• Drive adoption by identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and expand the use of AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• Combines strong product management experience with technical depth and a passion for AI, developer tools, and platform products.
• Comfortable working with engineering teams, understanding complex systems, and translating customer needs into successful products.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with ownership of products from concept through launch.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements through data-driven decisions.
• Experience shipping products with clear quality metrics and the ability to demonstrate business or user impact.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to participate in discussions around AI systems, LLMs, agents, developer platforms, and infrastructure.
• Ability to read and reason about code and collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex initiatives and presenting outcomes to senior leadership.
• Strong customer discovery skills, with experience understanding enterprise workflows and translating insights into product improvements.
• Background in developer tools, design platforms, AI-powered products, or similar technical ecosystems is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
