Product Manager, Code

About the role

Figma is seeking Product Managers to join our team. These roles are full-time positions that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help shape how design and code stay in sync, making practical calls on what to prioritize across these areas: Bridge design and code, Raise the bar on our MCP server, Build for continuous quality, Grow with our customers
• Ship measurable quality improvements to a product — and can point to the metrics that moved and how you moved them
• Read and reason about code, and hold your own in technical design discussions on how AI systems (agents, LLMs, MCP) work
• Lead a cross-functional team through delivery of a major initiative end to end, including presenting outcomes to executives
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn what you learn into shipped product

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, owning products from concept through launch
• Shipped measurable quality improvements to a product — and can point to the metrics that moved and how you moved them
• The ability to read and reason about code, and to hold your own in technical design discussions on how AI systems (agents, LLMs, MCP) work
• Led a cross-functional team through delivery of a major initiative end to end, including presenting outcomes to executives
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn what you learn into shipped product
• Background building design tools, developer tools, or AI-powered coding products

Qualifications

• Deeply technical background
• Technical knowledge of AI platforms and systems
• Experience with distributed systems and infrastructure
• Understanding of model deployment and evaluation
• Experience with customer-facing product development

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with agile methodologies

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000—$303,000 USD

Full-time positions that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
