Product Manager, Care Delivery

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, Care Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will own key care delivery capabilities from problem definition through launch, with a focus on building reliable, user-centered experiences in a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will partner closely with engineering, design, clinical, and operational stakeholders to balance clinical accuracy, provider usability, and scalable platform needs. The position also involves translating regulatory requirements into intuitive product experiences and using data to guide iteration and performance improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own specific care delivery capabilities from problem definition to launch
• Make product decisions that balance clinical accuracy with provider experience
• Use AI tools for rapid prototyping and testing of ideas
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design to ensure reliable platform capabilities
• Translate regulatory requirements into user-friendly product experiences
• Monitor the performance of shipped products and iterate based on data
• Develop reusable platform capabilities that support multiple programs

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare technology or another complex, regulated field
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver results independently
• Solid data instincts, including the ability to define metrics and communicate findings to diverse audiences
• Comfort with technical and clinical complexity, with a willingness to learn FHIR and EHR workflows
• Genuine care for providers and members, with user needs informing decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions
• Fluency with AI and a desire to integrate it into product development

Pay

Compensation: $155,000 – $185,000 annually
