Product Manager, Billing & Collections

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, Billing & Collections to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own the vision and roadmap for billing and collections capabilities that support a subscription-based customer experience. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing functions to improve payment reliability and collection outcomes. The ideal candidate will use customer insight and data-driven decision-making to shape automation, strengthen billing experiences, and drive measurable business impact.
