About The Role
This role owns the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core platform product line. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, the position translates complex customer requirements into scalable, developer-friendly API and platform services. The role collaborates closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ship features that scale to millions of active users, ensuring the product maintains high reliability, low latency, and a seamless developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap based on customer feedback, market analysis, and key business metrics
- Write highly detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and define technical specifications for API design, data schemas, and backend integrations
- Collaborate daily with engineering leads to prioritize backlog items, plan sprints, and manage technical debt using Jira and Confluence
- Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics (KPIs) using SQL, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to guide continuous product optimization
- Manage stakeholder expectations across engineering, sales, security, and legal, aligning diverse teams around product milestones and release dates
- Lead product launch planning, including documentation, external-facing release notes, and developer education materials
What We Are Looking For
- 4–7 years of product management experience, specifically managing technical products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or developer tools
- Strong technical background with the ability to read system design diagrams, understand database schemas, and discuss APIs confidently with engineers
- Prominent experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Amplitude, Tableau, or Mixpanel to extract data and drive product decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, managing agile development teams, or an MBA
