Responsibilities
- Lead a product area; define success metrics, prioritize product problems, and identify strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Adapt and adjust strategy based on learnings and changes in the product.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define products, develop roadmaps, and drive progress against goals and milestones.
- Resolve challenges and blockers while maintaining team health.
- Gather and analyze user research and market analysis to inform product decisions and influence the wider product organization.
- Coordinate with partner functions for product success.
- Structure shared roadmaps for best outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy and progress clearly to all stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach other Product Managers and cross-functional team members where appropriate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years in Product Management.
- Bachelor's degree (STEM subject ideal but not essential): Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences.
- Experience working with a cross-functional product team on a significant product area.
- Crafting product vision and strategy, defining product requirements, coordinating resources from other groups, and driving the team to achieve key milestones and goals.
- Managing a product through multiple product life cycle phases.
- Proven experience to drive material change in product performance and team effectiveness.
- Experience analyzing large scale, complex data sets and making effective decisions based on data.
- Demonstrated experience integrating a diverse set of requirements from a broad set of users into a coherent product strategy.
- Leading and motivating a product team and collaborating with partner teams.
- Communicating complex messages with extreme clarity.

- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
- Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
