Responsibilities

  • Lead a product area; define success metrics, prioritize product problems, and identify strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Adapt and adjust strategy based on learnings and changes in the product.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define products, develop roadmaps, and drive progress against goals and milestones.
  • Resolve challenges and blockers while maintaining team health.
  • Gather and analyze user research and market analysis to inform product decisions and influence the wider product organization.
  • Coordinate with partner functions for product success.
  • Structure shared roadmaps for best outcomes.
  • Communicate product strategy and progress clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach other Product Managers and cross-functional team members where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years in Product Management.
  • Bachelor's degree (STEM subject ideal but not essential): Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional product team on a significant product area.
  • Crafting product vision and strategy, defining product requirements, coordinating resources from other groups, and driving the team to achieve key milestones and goals.
  • Managing a product through multiple product life cycle phases.
  • Proven experience to drive material change in product performance and team effectiveness.
  • Experience analyzing large scale, complex data sets and making effective decisions based on data.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating a diverse set of requirements from a broad set of users into a coherent product strategy.
  • Leading and motivating a product team and collaborating with partner teams.
  • Communicating complex messages with extreme clarity.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
  • Ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles.
