Product Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, regulated domains and enjoys turning messy, real-world problems into clear product direction.
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and execute features that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Partner closely with engineers and designers to deliver accurate, intuitive solutions.
- Gather feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and the market to inform product development.
- Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and constraints through interviews, data, and direct usage.
- Create product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
- Support QA and user acceptance testing for finance-related features.
- Owain the product roadmap for your domain (e.g., accounting, reporting, workflows, integrations).
- Identify where AI meaningfully improves outcomes vs. where determinism and control matter more.
- Measure adoption, retention, and real customer value—not just feature delivery.
- Help shape positioning and messaging for new capabilities.
